Timing is everything in list growth. Show your opt-in popup too early and visitors bounce; too late and they're already gone. Until now, that timing was a guess — a fixed delay, a scroll percentage, an exit trigger.
AI Smart Timing takes over the guesswork. Flip one toggle on your Design step and AI watches how each visitor actually browses — pages viewed, dwell time, scroll depth, channel source, visitor type, intent signals... — then fires your email/SMS opt-in at the single moment they're most likely to subscribe. No rules to build. No A/B tests to babysit.

What's new
One-click AI timing. Turn on Smart Timing in the Design step and AI handles the "when" for every visitor, individually.
Aggressiveness control. Choose Low, Medium, or High to set how eagerly AI fires — from patient, high-intent-only moments to maximum reach. Medium is recommended for most stores.
Re-engage later in the visit. On by default: if a visitor dismisses your popup, Smart Timing brings it back at a better moment later in their journey — a second, well-timed chance to capture the opt-in instead of one-and-done.
Live trigger-time preview. Hover to see AI's average time-to-impression across your top pages, so you always know what it's doing.

More perfectly-timed impressions mean more opt-ins from the same traffic — without annoying shoppers or building a single rule. Smart Timing learns and adapts on its own, so your list keeps growing while you focus on everything else.
How to turn it on
Open any workflow with a lead capture Design step.
Toggle AI Smart Timing on.
Pick an aggressiveness level (start with Medium).
Leave Re-engage later in the visit on to double your chances.
Publish — AI starts optimizing timing immediately.
