Justuno has an exciting opening to join the marketing team to help us scale our partner marketing programs and enablement efforts across our technology, agency, and affiliate partner networks. The Partner Marketing Manager reports to the Senior Marketing Manager as a part of the marketing department but works closely with sales, partnerships team, customer service, and more. The ideal candidate will have a demand generation mindset, collaborating with our partner management and sales teams to drive revenue and promote our partner ecosystem.

To be successful in this role, you have a passion for marketing technology with proven experience creating captivating content and high-impact programs. You’ll work closely with many teams internally to get the right message out to the market through sales enablement and marketing resources/events. You will play a critical role in ensuring that Justuno sales and partners can articulate our unique value proposition and our joint value proposition with partners.

Responsibilities:
• Strengthen and grow Justuno’s partner relationships and opportunities through various co-marketing activities, such as events, blog posts, webinars, social media, case studies, videos, contests, and others.
• Develop channel-specific content and messaging deliverables. Work with the marketing and partner teams to integrate “partner-POV” messaging that promotes the value of Justuno to partners and the value of Justuno partners to our customers.
• Work directly with agency and technology partners to build and execute joint marketing plans to acquire new customers, retain + grow existing customer bases, and deliver revenue growth for both sides.
• Implement and manage scalable, repeatable processes for partner co-marketing measurement and new initiatives that ensure that all relevant data points are captured.
• Work smarter, not harder – be a repurposing ninja,  leveraging high-performing assets and resources across multiple channels in various formats.
• Manage and continuously improve an ecosystem of partner materials (pitch decks, newsletters, email, blogs, ebooks, social media, partner events, podcasts, webinars, etc.).
• Write blog posts, guest blog posts, scripts, and other assets as needed.
• Host monthly Justuno webinars & appear as needed as a speaker on partner webinars/events.
• Continuously improve our understanding of an ideal co-marketing partner using data and revenue reporting. Then use this to discover new co-marketing opportunities.
• Own monthly reporting on partner marketing efforts to determine what worked/ what didn’t and adjust strategy accordingly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of experience creating content, marketing strategies, and partner relationships within a tech ecosystem. E-commerce/ martech experience is preferred but not required.
• Proven track record of managing partner marketing campaigns that delivered pipeline and revenue.
• Strong content creation abilities – written and other formats.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of initiative and follow-through.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and influencing cross-functional partners, business stakeholders, and executives.

Ideal Candidate:
• You pay attention to timelines and can collaborate with multiple internal and external departments to ensure a smooth release.
• B2B partner marketing experience within the MarTech/ e-commerce space.
• You have a sense of urgency and are capable of thoughtful yet rapid adaptation in response to changes in internal and external conditions. You’re able to seamlessly balance strategic initiatives and “Keeping the Lights On” activities.
• You know how to remain focused and collected in a fast-paced, high-pressure, dynamic environment.
• Goal-oriented and tenacious. You’re self-motivated and structured in how you tackle and bring projects to a close. You enjoy the challenge of figuring out creative solutions to problems.
• Able to deal with ambiguity. You can be flexible and agile to adjust plans and strategies to apply new learnings.
• Comfortable producing written content when needed and giving a presentation via online events or in-person events.

Are you a proactive, passionate, data-driven marketer who can quickly identify the right channels (paid and unpaid) to drive demand and quality leads? If yes, we need you!

Justuno is looking for a Demand Generation Manager with a passion for pipeline growth to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the VP Marketing, this person will be responsible for building out, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the strategy of all demand generation efforts. The Demand Generation Manager will work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize the flow of leads within HubSpot, ensure efficient lead follow-up, and overall maintain a healthy “funnel.” The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of SaaS specific demand gen experience, with a passion for lead generation, and a results and data-driven mentality. 

Responsibilities:

• Fine-tune our customer acquisition plan across best performing channels (paid and unpaid) to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets 
• Track and report on demand generation performance metrics for Marketing, using this data to continually optimize campaign performance and lead source mix
• Review, update, and expand our lead nurturing programs (email marketing) to accelerate prospect movement through the lead generation funnel. Optimize deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates
• Grow our customer referral program through direct channels, while strengthening and leveraging various review sites
• Oversee our paid media budget; decrease our CPA and overall ad spend, while increasing quality conversions from other channels
• Collaborate with product, design, and content marketing managers to help optimize the website for demand generation 
• Leverage our own onsite conversion optimization platform to improve conversion rates and drive optimal results from active campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, partner marketing, and content teams on our events strategy – sponsorships, speaking opps, etc.
• Determine testing budget and plan for continuous innovation and testing new ideas for demand gen performance optimization 
• Work closely with the sales team to understand the quality of the leads coming their way and continuously improve marketing messaging, channels, collaborations, etc. accordingly 

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
• Proven experience building B2B SaaS demand gen programs – major plus if experience in the MarTech space
• Previous experience targeting Retail/ E-commerce industry is a plus (understanding of the Shopify ecosystem + martech industry)
• Deep understanding of how marketing technologies work and how to effectively showcase their value proposition to a business and the key stakeholders
• Experience in data analysis and overall demand gen performance tracking
• Comfortable with both strategy and program execution 
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required, working closely with a robust marketing team (product, content, etc.) and sales team
• HubSpot or similar CRM experience (HubSpot a definite plus)
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Shopify Marketplace Ads is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company
